Better Off
Coming to the end of Leonardo’s second year at university, they were tasked with creating a printed book based on a released song. Leo decided to represent the atmosphere of the music from Aqualine’s song Better Off, through the use of abstract watercolour painting. The project realised as an A5 paperback book.
Leo’s aim was to capture the way the music felt rather than creating illustrations from the lyrics. You can listen to Better Off by Aqualine on all major music streaming platforms.
